This piece depicts an unmarked building above South Pass City, WY. Time withers away the building. In old photos, this cabin was one of four, which stood next to the Cuba mine. Now only it remains, awaiting collapse. The mine next to it is now filled in, notable for being the mine, which a murder victim was thrown into. His body was discovered by the sheriffs son, who was a 10 year old. He was lowered down by rope, only to find the mans death was not an accident but a murder.
